The first thing to say about Björk meeting David Attenborough, is that she turned up in a safari suit, which was considerate of her. A quite batty safari suit, as you can see from the picture, rounded off with a little cape. But if Attenborough noticed Ms Gudmundsdottir's effort, it wasn't recorded for When Björk Met Attenborough. When Bjork Met Attenborough Quotes. There are no approved quotes yet for this movie. Movie & TV guides. The album is, of course, Björks baby, with Attenborough very much an accompaniment in this film he has to jostle for space with Oliver Sacks, the Tesla coil and a man who has made a Sharpsichord, a bizarre and beautiful instrument on which a minute of music takes a day to programme. But Björk is a wonderfully passionate guide as enthusiastic about touchscreens as she is about tectonic plates and together, the pair make a seductive case for the centrality of music to the better, more constructive aspects of humanity. According to When Björk Met Attenborough, it takes him a full day to program a single minute of music. Thats likely why we see Dag asking Björk not to miss her cue: Theres no improvising on a two-and-a-half-ton instrument. Björk is still as punk rock as ever. Björk says shes moving into the grand legacy projects phase of her career, but that doesnt mean shes lost any of her rebellious edge. One of the encore tracks for is Declare Independence, the fiery revolutionary chant from her 2007 album Volta
