Recorded at the Hammersmith Odeon, London, England, during the 'Concerts For Kampuchea', on 26 December 1979. The bootleg omits 'Keep Yourself Alive' (performed between '39' and 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love') while 'Silent Night' was originally performed as part of Brian's guitar solo.


Crazy Tour was a short tour by the British rock band Queen during November and December 1979. After the release of the single Crazy Little Thing Called Love, the band decided to change the concert dynamic they used to do the last years. In this tour Queen would revisit smaller venues, many which held fewer than two thousand seats. Nonetheless, it was the highly awaited UK leg of the successful Jazz Tour. The last concert of this tour at the Hammersmith Odeon was also the first concert of the. However, the Crazy Tour would see Freddies voice in phenomenal shape with performances that match or even outshine the studio versions. Hence why this tour could be described as his strongest tour ever. The tour came at a time when Queen had begun recording songs for their then-upcoming eighth studio album The Game. By this time the group had already recorded four songs Crazy Little Thing Called Love which would be part of the inspiration for the name of the tour, Save Me , Coming Soon and Sail Away Sweet Sister To The Sister I Never Had.
